How creators track sponsorship income and campaign clicks
If you work with several brands, keep each campaign’s name, brand, agreed amount, dates, and shared link together. Revenue Tracker is designed for manually recording those details and exporting a yearly CSV summary.

- 1
Name the campaign
Use a name you will recognize later, such as “Brand · November YouTube video.”
- 2
Enter the brand, type, and amount
Choose a brand and a campaign type such as sponsorship, affiliate, AdSense, donation, barter, or other; then enter the amount in TRY.
- 3
Add dates and notes
Enter the start date, an optional end date, and any short notes that will help you remember the agreement.
- 4
Link the short URL you shared
Choose the LentoCircle short link for the campaign. The “Add campaign” action in Analytics can also open the form with a link already selected.
Read click data alongside the campaign amount
For example, a TRY 10,000 campaign with 3,247 total link clicks shows about TRY 3.08 per click. That ratio does not describe the campaign’s full business result: it is not a measure of sales, conversions, or brand-reported impressions.
The linked URL’s click figure is its current lifetime total, not clicks filtered to the campaign dates. Recent and annual revenue summaries use the campaign start date, not the payment date.
Export a year-end CSV summary
Choose a year to download a CSV of campaigns that started in that year. The file includes the campaign name, brand, type, dates, amount in TRY, linked URL, and its total clicks.
Records are entered manually; Revenue Tracker does not import data from ad or affiliate platforms. The CSV is a working summary, not a tax return, invoice, or accounting advice. Ask your accountant about official records.
